Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit and abrasive particles — these cause the most surface wear on vinyl floors. Wipe spills promptly with a clean, slightly damp cloth. For routine cleaning, use a well-wrung damp mop with a mild, pH-neutral floor cleaner. Do not use steam mops, abrasive scrubbers, solvent-based cleaners or polish on Avanti. Protect furniture legs with felt pads to prevent indentation and scuffing. Use entrance mats at doorways to reduce the amount of grit tracked onto the floor.

How to install AVANTI
Avanti is a glue-down LVT — professional installation is recommended. The subfloor must be clean, dry, flat and structurally sound. Maximum subfloor tolerance: 3mm under a 3 lineal metre straight edge.
Suggested adhesive: Karndean Megabond. Apply adhesive to the prepared subfloor and allow to flash off before laying planks. Press each plank firmly into the adhesive and roll the floor with a 50–70kg roller after installation.
Expansion gaps are not required for glue-down LVT; however, leave a 5–10mm perimeter gap where the floor meets fixed vertical surfaces (walls, cabinets, door frames). Cover with appropriate skirting or beading.

Yes. Avanti is a luxury vinyl glue-down (LVT) floor and is fully waterproof. It is suitable for kitchens, laundries, living areas and other spaces where moisture resistance is required. Ensure subfloor moisture levels are within acceptable limits prior to installation.
Avanti is a glue-down LVT — it is adhered directly to the subfloor using Karndean Megabond adhesive. The subfloor must be clean, dry, flat (max 3mm under a 3m straight edge) and structurally sound.
