Velum is made from Solution Dyed Nylon — one of the most resilient carpet fibres available. Its solution dyed construction means colour is locked into the fibre at manufacturing — it cannot fade, bleach or wash out. It carries a REHD Including Stairs — Contract Medium Duty & Stairs duty rating, suitable for extra heavy duty (rehd). SDN nylon combines long-term stain resistance, fade resistance, and durability in a practical everyday carpet.
Carpet — stretch-in (broadloom) or direct glue installation. Underlay is required for stretch-in installation. Quality underlay is required for stretch-in installation and is not included — your Floorworld consultant can recommend the right underlay to complement this carpet and protect your warranty.
