Regency Hinterland is an engineered timber floor with 3mm wear layer. The wear layer is the real wood surface you walk on — it determines how many times the floor can be sanded and refinished. A 3mm wear layer supports at least one professional sand and refinish. Suitable for heavy residential (3mm wear layer) use.
